GF4 Ti4600

I am having probs getting above 2.4GHz. Just will not post.
I have had the system running at 2.2Ghz (122fsb) with no probs, with mem running at approx 305MHz. I want to get the CPU up to 2.7 (fsb 150, mem 300) but am having no joy
.
Currently the CPU voltage is 1.65v which seems nice and stable. I believe I should be able to get 2.7 without having to do the voltage mod.
Has ne1 else gotten theirs higher, if so how?????
