Gents,
Currently have a SLK-800 and 80mm 40CFM fan in a pretty poorly ventilated area..It is over clocked nearly 300MHz 15x152 at 1.75V very stable..but the temps are a bit high from what I can gather from this forum. Idle is around 54° and under load will climb up to around 60° and I have seen as high as 65°. Is this getting too hot? I have my warnings in my BIOS set to 70°C and 80°C shutdown.

Advice?

Currently I have two 92mm side panel fans in addition to the 2 integratated case fans...I suspect ventilation is my biggest problem. What about my threasholds? Too high for warning and shutdown?
