While it's possible that your card is at fault, I doubt the mobo could have damaged the vid card.
Sounds like bad drivers. Have you tried different drivers yet?
Are you overclocking the video card or CPU?
Probably nothing, but do you have anything near by that could be sending EM waves... like unshielded speakers?
