I had what sounds like a very similar problem once and I solved it with just going with thicker, more heavily shielded video cables.

I should read more carefully :-) So you already tried one monitor only. Um I guess the question is does it look like its part of the signal or is it noise from some other source? Maybe trying to see if you still have the problem at a low resolution might shed some light.
