Power supply is fine, everything is fine. I have built many many computers. It is the motherboard. I have a theory as to what is wrong with it just turning off. I also noticed when it does turn off the pc speaker makes a noise constantly. I looked in the manual.... here an excerpt from it.

3-6 cpu overheating protection
this board has cpu overheating protection when the temperature of the cpu is overheating. this board supports automatically shutdown(to remove power) circuit when the cpu has reached the temperature of approximately 110C. meanwhile the speaker will sustained beep and the system will not be to power on. this protection is designed by hardware you dont need tod o the bois setup.

I didn't cap or punctuate it much so it looks blah, but i am thinking the 110C it is supposed to read is actually being read when its 110F, big difference and very annoying.

Another thing my 2100+ is viewed only as a 1500+ also annoying.

Some things to put to rest, max fsb in bios at this time is 200 FSB The overclocking features of this board are impressive the bugs are annoying though(as stated above). I just want a working computer again at this point, so far big dissapointment.
