Just got my epox 4gea+ today, just ran a quick install of Windows XP and chucked on my ADSL connection to type this message.
Setup went fine but I have spotted a bug in the bios. If you diasable the Raid in the bios, it will refuse to detect any ide devices and just hangs in a loop giving error 86 which is a reserved error.
I haven't hung my raid drives on this board yet, just using a 40gig wD se drive to test out the most stable setup.
If i set raid to auto in the bios, it will go through the normal raid detect routine, not find any drives and then boot of the HDD0 as it should. I think a quick bios fix should sort this.
Looking good so far, no usb drivers included in CD so having to run Windows update to install USB2
No rounded IDE cables, but i got a magic light fan.
