What BIOS chip does the 8KHA+ use?

I forgot what's the name/brand of the BIOS chip my 8KHA+ uses (coz I misflashed it).

I wonder, what kind of BIOS chip does your 8KHA+ use?

BTW, to check it, I use UNIFLASH 1.28
