Run Msinfo32, software environment, system drivers, scroll down to "usbhub" and "usbehci" It will say USB 2 more than once
- if those drivers are active so are USB 2.
Drivers have been updated for old OS, Epox dont have the latest. But for XP I guess MS take over. This from the latest release I could find (

Version 2.47 (2002/10/04):
Due to legal issue, remove Microsoft EHCI driver stack for Windows XP from the package. End user should go to Windows Update to download this driver or Service Pack 1 by himself.
