| I have also very hot North bridge on my 8RDA+. First thing I did when I got the board was removing the heatsink and changing that pink thermal transfer stuff to Arctic silver thermal compound. So, if that heat sink is barely warm to touch I think that pink stuff isnīt transferring heat too well.
