actually mate, i spent the day in hospital too, having casts removed from both legs. oh, did i have a good scratching session when they came off
been in a wheelchair for over 2 months after shattering both my heel bones jumping out of a 15ft window onto pavement, *ahem* for a £100 bet. put me in hospital for a week, doh!!
anyway,
i can walk again!!! w00t. though not very far before they start to hurt like hell. been on large doses of codeine since it happened, gets me spaced but isn't doing too much for my feet now...
anyway, hope your back clears up mate
