Have you tried running with just one stick of ram in dimm 1 ?
If not try it with mem timings 4-2-2-2.0 which Bios are you running? If it's the shipping Bios then flash to the Beta Bios using winflash, I am having the best results with the beta Bios.
Do you have the Cpu interface set to optimum in Bios? If it is set to aggresive it can cause system instability at high fsb. Let us know how it goes.
