I guess one never knows how the drivers are going to be named, but of the ones I've seen so far, the USB 2.0 controllers have been called "enhanced" and the USB 2.0 root hubs have been called "2.0". You should see one root hub for each controller in the USB section of Device Manager, with exactly one of each for USB 2.0.
