I think you have to run it for 24 hours str8 with no
ram and with the siren going berzerk. Then....just in case you havent got a HDD installed (obviously in the mail), while it is running, you place the other end of the IDE cable in a bucket of water...being careful not to get zapped. And watch your PC explode.. free of charge.
