Three coloured jacks sound fun.
On the EPoX 8RDA+/8RGA+ boards, the green jack is front left/right. The Blue jack is rear left/right, and the Pink is sub/centre channel.

You'll have to figure out which jacks on the speakers are which - but the green jack and socket probably go together!
