nice huh. you only have to change the one setting that pushed the system over the edge. how can it be the Vcore shut-off if you can fix the problem without changing the Vcore. it must be a cpu issue. try 11.5x200 and maybe settle there. it should still be faster than any off the shelf cpu for a little while.
