The reason comapnies dont do this is cost. Its costs to do this. THis is why we still have passive cooling on NBs. Id doesnt take much to put a heatsink on mosfets, what would be good is if they had speciaalist sized heatsinks for each board with holes like around chipsets to make it easier to mount.

The possibilty of an overclocking only board, well not only but overclcoknig specialist would allow manufacturers to chnage a premium. I.e. youd be paying for better otpinos in BIOS and also betetr capaciators. Also, as a side note the 8RDA should need moseft coolkning as thermal pics have showed it gets very hot.
