Welcome rd350ypvs.
Sorry about your loss.
I think that most of the people that Fold or Crunch, do so because of the loss of a family member or friend.
I just started Folding, but had been running UD for over a year.
I lost my aunt to cancer last August, and have lost many extended family members and friends to the disease.
One thing about Folding is that they are also looking for cures for other diseases too.
My step-grandson has Muscular Dystrophy. He's 12 years old.
My mom has macular degeneration and is losing her site. She also has a a blood disorder where she makes too many platelets, and there is no cure for either at this time.
I Fold in hopes that it may also help find a way to combat these and other diseases and disorders.
So, I am happy that you have joined us in our effort to help.
Thank you.
