It's kind of hard to choose between cooling and noise when it comes to heatsinks. Sometimes we have to run the fan at low speed to minimize noise and also sometimes we add noise dampeners and set the fan on high to get the best cooling. It's really up to you.

Seuggest (either):

a. get a speed selector for your fan (pls check your temps after setting to lower speed)

b. get a new CPU Cooler (pls check if it can fit in MB and get Arctic Silver 5 or Ceramique) w/ speed selector

Good Luck!
