You don't send money, you send an IRC in a letter.

This IRC can be exchanged for a stamp in any country. Put an empty envelope inside the letter, and put your own address on this envelope. Then, when we get your IRC + envelope, we exchange the IRC with a stamp at the post office, put a case badge in the envelope, and send it right back at ya.

I believe Cloasters handles case badges in Australia..
