I'm using a Mill Glaciator now... It is a square brick, and barely keeping up.
It was a paper weight for a while, but I brought it out of retirement to cool my mini. It is cooling an AXP @ 2166 running on 1.65v. This is very, very close to your 2600+ (16 x 133 = 2133). Make sure it is getting good airflow in the case. Mine is barely keeping up.

Have you tried the CPU yet? Just in case you were not aware, there are 2 2600+ tbreds available, 12.5 x 166 = 2083mhz and 16 x 133 = 2133. Make sure you have the second one. Otherwise, you will not be able to access the hgher multipliers, and will be forced to oc the fsb. Good luck.
