The first thing you need to do is identify if the CPU is locked... Try booting at 11.5x. If it does not, hit "insert" at boot up to force defaults back. If it does give you 11.5x, you should
oc by multiplier first...
If not, your memory will definitely hold you back... Slow down timings, and go for 200fsb, your CPU should do 2.2ghz without much hassle... maybe a small voltage bump.
