A Court ( Sorry I didn't catch which one) just decide in favor of the fast food industry's dedication to truth in advertising and the purity of the American diet agreeing that FRENCH FRIES must Qualify as a FRESH VEGETABLE!
This because the FDA has so unscientifically and so incompetently defined "Fresh Fruits and Vegetables that a Chocolate covered candied Cherry would qualify as a Fresh Fruit.
Think about it! These are the guys who don't want us buy Canadian drugs at a fraction of US prices...BECAUSE THEY couldn't guarantee that the CANADIAN DRUGS WOULD BE PURE enough to satisfy the FDA's RIGIDLY HIGH STANDARDS!!
I Couldn't make this stuff up people!
