As a matter of fact I can confirm the voltage thing... but it was there with the stock BIOS as well. I remember wondering why the BIOS ignored my setting. Now I have just flashed in 24/6 and tried it with the same resullt. At "Normal" setting, the BIOS pays respect to the manual memory slot voltage settings.

In conjunction with memory timings, yes. But this is a totally different section of the BIOS, and it is not obvious what part of the system is actually influenced by that weird "System performance" setting.
