Hi,
even kda34514 gives you no chance to get 1,5 V Vcore with the default Parameter of 1,55 V VCore in bios. These are my experience, no other bios gives me again the idle Vcore of around 1,5V and the VCore control in cpumsr or clockgen.
In my opinion we need a new bios with the old VCore handling.
