| The way that I do it is burn files to CD or DVD. Then again, that can get quite time consuming especially if you have lots and lots of files to transfer. Assuming that you have your computers all setup on a network you can share files throughout the network and transfer files that way. I've never had a lot of files to transfer though, so you might as well find one of those cross-over cables.
