| My Thermalright 948U keeps it around 46C with 1.7V running through a Northwood. When I drop it to 1.55V, it runs at around 40C and 3.166Ghz. For a socket 478 Prescott, I would get a Thermalright SP-94. For a LGA775, I would get a Thermaltake CL-P0024. The Thermaltake is actually a heatpipe setup and it might be a little more difficult to install. |
