Those things are all better uses of a doctor's skill, if the doctor possessed those skills. The fact of the matter though, is that there are large numbers of doctors who actually specialize in things like breast enlargement. Yes a dermotologist can very well do skin grafts, but not dermotologists who specialized in botox and acne treatment. The problem is that the medical field has gotten extremely specialized, and the army has a good number of these specialized doctors. My sister got a liposuction a couple of years ago from a doctor who hadn't had a patient in two weeks. That's because this doctor specialized in lipo surgery. He would in no way be qualified in doing something like a transplant.
