Cooling the memory seems a little pointless for the GT and Ultra. They both use DDR3 which produces nowhere near as much heat as standard DDR.

I can bench my x800 for hours and the memory chips will be almost stone cold. If you ever needed to cool them down, I'm sure some Ram heat sinks would be a far better idea.
