I've read that this adds such a tremendous amount of heat to your loop, that the particular reviewer suggested adding it to a seperate loop, or putting a rad in specifically for it. The temp drop is ok, but they said only allowed around 20 more mhz on the core. Also the machining on it is pretty bad because there are burrs on the side of it. For $98(
www.directron.com) I'd expect better machining myself. You can get an adaptor for the swiftech block for 14 bux, and the block itself is only $40-ish. This is the route I plan on going, get some ramsinks for the ram and you should be good to go. This appears to be more for aesthetics than anything. I shouldn't talk without first hand experience though :-X
