They went on a poster encouraging people to vote. Those posters don't get torn down quite as quick as the partisan ones. Plus, lots of young people don't seem to see the imporance of voting. College campuses have a big kick starting about now to get people to vote, so I figured I'd help out. Plus I already had one of those done, mine as well make another and turn it into a project.
EDIT: Though people do seem to like to draw on their chosen candidate's opponent.
