As an example, I get the impression that you have no intention to vote because you feel that neither candidate deserves your vote. Fair enough. As for my Implicitly endorsing anyone, what nonsense. Our law states that to refuse to inter a plea must be taken as entering a plea of innocence, not the obverse.
(Nolow contendre(SP) or "no argument" or "no contention". But I am not without an argument.
