so the question, now that I've seen the spec's, has been answered to my thread from a couple of weeks back -
HERE.
I was curious about my pc power & cooling 510 deluxe
psu being able to handle nvidia's new sli tech...right now the only thing I see being a problem is the fact mine comes with a 20 pin mobo connector while the mentioned Asus mobo requires a 24 pin connector.
I've looked at the technical details on the pc power & cooling site - as far as output is concerned there is no difference between my 510-D and their recently released 510-sli aside from the mobo connectors.
Would it be safe to assume I could go out and buy a 20 to 24 pin adapter and use that to plug some juice into the Asus A8N mobo?
Honestly, right about now I think I'd be better off ordering a bfg 6800 ultra
oc and live with my agp based system for the next couple of years - compared to giddily hopping on to this new technology for the sake of being the first to do so.
