I used 8rdavcore to overclock from within Windows. At FSB200 my PC was rock stable while using FSB166 ROMSIP table, but I couldn't get much higher - at 210Mhz it didn't even pass 3Dmark. From this reason I find OCing with hlep of 8rdavcore just a temporary solution.
Overclocking normally, I found 11x198 to be at the same level of performance and memory bandwidth (if not a little bit better) as 10.5x210 (using the same timings 2.5-3-3-11 for objectiveness). Shortly, FSB200 ROMSIP table is a disaster in my opinion and takes away all fun I have with this particular mobo. finito
