the msi k8n neo has a slight performance advantage from most of the reviews I've seen, plus it will fit the xp-120 or CNSP7700 heatsinks
I don't think any abit boards are fully compatable with the xp-120
The EP-8KDA3J is a good board, it's inexpensive and fill fit larger heatsinks
