If your looking at overclocking, it is simple enough to get a 3200+ to run at 2442mhz, stock its 2211mhz.
dsio: i got my system as high as 2442mhz the other day,  222x11 :P On a stock cooler. I dropped it back 210x11 when i saw the temps though.
