Under nVRAID, you cannot convert a single disk setup into a RAID setup without reinstalling. However, the boards ship with a copy of Norton Ghost, so you can use that to create an image of your existing hard disk. Once you have an image, you can then create the RAID setup and not worry about wiping the disks. Once the RAID array is created, use Ghost to re-write the image back to the drives.

That's the theory at least!
