The celeron does not support hyperthreading, thats restricted to Pentium 4 'C' (800fsb northwood core chips) and the P4 'E' (prescott, all but the 2.4ghz prescott has ht)
pretty much anything on the 800fsb or more will have HT.
Running ram at 1:1 is usually beneficial, running 4:5 means your ram is running quicker than your fsb usually has very little gain and can even be a loss like that
