It may not have a make and model on it. Take a look at this page and see if you can ID it that way,

And have a look at the board to see what bus speed, voltage, and bus multiplier settings are listed on it. If you have a setting for a clock multiplier of 2x, and at least as low as 2.5 volts core, you're in business.
