Just the ram or the entire system? If you just want the ram to run faster (say if your on a 533mhz fsb) then you need to look for something along the lines of ddr ram clock ratio in the bios and set it to something like 5/4
There are limitted gains to running dual channel ram higher than the fsb on p4 systems though largely due to the bandiwdth only being wide enough for the memory in the first place.

If you mean overclocking the entire system then the FAQ section has a number of articles covering the basics
