Well that explains alot.
#1: The "power spike" was the floppy drives death, causing the computer to shut down.
#2: Why the floppy drive doesnt work.
#3: That also proves its better to be born lucky than beautiful, my mo/bo still works
Thanks for you help Aedan. I dont use it. Ive never used it, i added it as an after thought while building, I just wanted to know why I didnt work, went I made sure all my compents still worked after adding cable sleeving. Which they did until I tried to use the floppy drive.
The only thing I use my floppy for, is a shelf to sit cathrode power converters on.
