Years ago, a trustworthy old salt posted that PC Power&Cooling's power supplies were rebadged Zippy-Emacs. I must admit, they looked(pics on the Web) mighty similar at the time. I could find no Stateside retailer for Zippy-Emacs PS's. It was the manufacturer in Taiwan, period. One PS? Seriously doubt it!

Mebbe two years ago, a fairly trustworthy source insisted that PC Power&Cooling's PS's were rebadged SPI Sparkle's. This is easier to dispute. While the SPI Sparkle 350W I bought recently is a nice, heavy and solid PS, it doesn't look like a PC P&C PS in a side-by-side comparison. Nor is its voltage regulation as tight as a 300W PC P&C PS's.

Opinions gladly solicited. If anyone knows how to buy Zippy-Emacs PS's in the US(in lots of less than 100)please share this information. Thanks.
