AWDFLASH <New_BIOS> <Backup_BIOS> <options>
The New_BIOS file is the BIOS you WANT to flash into your
machine. The Backup_BIOS file is the name of the file you want
the old BIOS saved into.
/Py Automatically answers "Yes" to the question about
reflashing the BIOS - IE reflashes without asking.
/Pn Automatically answers "No" to the question about
reflashing the BIOS - IE Doesn't reflash.
/Sy Automatically answers "Yes" to the question about
saving the old BIOs - IE Automatically saves old BIOS.
/Sn Automatically answers "No" to the question about
saving the old BIOS - IE Doesn't save the old BIOS.
/SB Prevents AwdFlash from re-writing the BootBlock.
/R Tells AwdFlash to reboot after flashing
/E Returns you to DOS after the BIOS flash
/F Uses systemBIOS routines to reflash instead of
AwdFlash routines. You'd only need this if your flash
memory has odd timing requirements.
/Tiny Tells AwdFlash to be miserly with RAM when reflashing.
Takes longer and makes several passes at reflashing.
/CC Clears CMOS data
/CP Clears PnP data (ESCD)
/CD Clears DMI data
/LD Clears CMOS data and resets checksum. avoids the
Press F1 message on reboot. Only use if it the BIOS
Defaults are fine for your use!
/CKS Provides checksum of the BIOS file.
/CKSxxxx
Compares the BIOS file's checksum with the checksum
provided.
