Since when has power factor correction provided stable and clean power to the load?

There's no comment about the split rails and their actual distribution. A number of PSUs claiming split rails don't actually split but simply wire the two 12V 'rails' into the same supply.

Having 12V supplies that exceed 20A puts the PSU in a grey area. The PSU's 12V@22A exceeds the 240VA limitation specified in both EN60950 and UL60950. This means that a consumer should only have limited access to the PSU...
