| These arn't bad at all. They seam to have just tweaked the 83.20s, in that the image quality is identical, and very good at that, while this set benches higher in 3DMark06, and gives some slightly better games performance in OpenGL by the looks (Read: Quake4/Doom3) and performs a bit better in source engine games, particularly with HDR turned on.
This is interesting, because Nvidia has for the most part pushed enough SM2.0 performance out of their drivers as possible over recent months, but have very much neglected SM3.0, as it wasnt benched widely enough to matter in reviews and comparisons.
I'm guessing they are now starting to tweak HDR and SM3.0. I wouldn't be surprised if they even worked on a driver level workaround to the HDR+AA problem on NV40/G70 cards. It can't be done at a hardware level, but that doesn't mean it can't be done.
