The very fact that you have used an Nvidia card in a system that runs an ATI card is indicative of your driver related problem by itself.

Run driver cleaner pro, remove all Nvidia Forceware drivers, and ATI Catalyst drivers. Install the 6.2 ATI Catalysts as Pitch suggested, and try it then.
