If you used an air to oil cooler, or a brake fluid cooler, with the setup, it could work nicely.

Someone did a nice job of a highly viscus oil submersion, with a liquid to liquid radiator, running the oil from the tank through the primary channel, and a direct hose from the kitchen tap in one end, and out the other into the drain.

He had extremely cold tap water chilling the whole thing, and found it worked quite well as the oil has a great sinking effect on the entire mobo.
