| You want to balance your intake and out put, creating as much turbulence as you can in the process when cooling the case as a whole. If your filtering out dirt you want your filtered inputs to shove a bit more in than you out put fans can handle, this REALLY helps keep a case clean as it blows air OUT though the craks rather than sucking dust and air in.
