| Yea, easily. Pipe straight from the tap, through a waterblock, and down the drain. If you have untreated / non-drinking water like we often do in Australia, its a good option.
Keep two things in mind though. On hot days, the water that first comes through the cold water tap can be very hot, as it is heated underground. And also, if you run hot water through it by mistake, don't expect your chip to run long.
