For improved image quality and performance, I recommend the TweaksRUs Xtreme-G Drivers. We have them on our files site, AOAFiles.com (or click files at the top of the forum).
Just go Drivers -> Video cards -> Nvidia and get the 91.33 TweaksRUs Xtreme-G modified driver.
