| You do know that these drivers are just the nVidia 4.75 RAID drivers?
I understand there are issues using drivers later than 4.75 on the nForce3 boards, allegedly due to issues with the version of the nVRAID BIOS integrated in the BIOS. I haven't really looked too closely however.
